Todd Dailey is a commercial broker specializing in land, commercial development and acquisitions. Todd brings over 18 years of commercial construction, development, and brokerage experience to his clients including the development and sale of large and small retail centers, office buildings, and numerous land acquisitions. He has held upper management positions in the commercial and service industries including Talent Tree and Browning Ferris Industries and has owned and operated a successful private construction business for many years. Todd’s expertise and passion for the industry along with his long term relationships with several investment groups enable him to serve his clients with above average representation.
