Kevin R. Murphy has been in the Austin area since 1968, attending John H. Reagan High School and the University of Texas at Austin.
He worked his way through school at the same time running a successful retail business with his brother. In 1984, Kevin began the pursuit of his career ambitions in the commercial real estate business and has been involved for the past twenty-three years in all aspects, both publicly and privately.

His client base has included corporate, institutional, non-profit, regional and local investors involving build to suits, office buildings, industrial projects, and owner representative projects, as well as entitlement projects for land development.
Kevin has assisted non-profits in the implementation of “best practices” for asset management as well as strategic planning to ensure high quality asset retention and value.

Kevin joined McAllister & Associates in 2006 after years with the Trammell Crow Company, and CB Richard Ellis.

His community involvement includes past and present volunteer service and board member for Boy Scouts of America, Mobile Loves and Fishes, Diocese of Austin, WAYA and Friends of Scouting.

Kevin and his wife reside in Austin and have a daughter who attends Texas Christian University and a son completing his studies at Texas A & M University.
