Kari is a “rare breed”!! She is a native Austinite!

Kari has been previously in the Land Development Consulting Business for many years. Her goal was to eventually move it into the Real Estate Sales Sector along with all the knowledge she has gained. This makes her a very valuable Agent.

Kari is able to pull from her experience in the consulting business with her knowledge of the City of Austin Land Development Code to assist her in negotiating and closing real estate transactions.
