David grew up farming and ranching in Dalhart, Texas and Capulin, New Mexico. He developed raw land into irrigated, intensely managed ag operations. In 2001, he sold the majority of his agricultural holdings and invested in commercial real estate here in Austin. As time went on, David became more interested in the commercial real estate business and obtained his license in March of 2005. He moved to Austin in August of 2005, and is anxious to work full time in assisting buyers and sellers of real property, perhaps bringing a fresh approach to the trade.

In his farming and ranching career, David traded thousands of cattle and thousands of acres of land, over the phone, without a contract. In that business climate, your reputation is the most valuable thing you have. David will continue to bring a frank, honest approach to this career as well.
