Chris graduated from UT with a BBA in Real Estate in 1984. He practiced residential sales in Houston for a few years before returning to the restaurant business. After working for the Pappas family for five years, Chris started two successful seafood places of his own; Joe's Crab Shack and King Fish Market. He also started and sold a homebuilding business sandwiched between the two restaurant companies. Chris is Joe McAllister's only salesperson residing and working in Houston.
